Architectural Designer/Drafter:

Responsibilities include working closely with company engineer(s) to prepare and update drawings/designs in AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an architectural or engineering office.
  • Be able to prepare documents from existing conditions to completed construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial construction.
  • Must be proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Architectural license not required.

Civil Engineer/AutoCAD Drafter:

Responsibilities include working closely with Senior Engineer completing various engineering design tasks, project administration, and site inspections for both commercial & residential. Candidate must be proficient in Civil Engineering and/or AutoCAD drafting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and build effective working relationships while taking ownership and responsibility for designated projects.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (at least 5 years) and Microsoft Office required.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional registration not required.

Senior Engineer:

Requirements:

  • The potential candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years practical experience in Civil/Environmental engineering design, project management, and construction management.  A BS in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.  Strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic is also a must.
  • Experience with land development, site design, stormwater management, water and wastewater system design and familiarity with local agency regulations, including the NYSDEC, NYSDOH, and 10 States Standards is desirable.
  • General Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel is required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.  Strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic is also a must.
